OUR JOURNEY

We started our venture for the love of coffee, brewing coffee to serving our local customers. However, just brewing coffee could no longer satisfy my desire to further improve the quality of the coffee I served. Roasting my own coffee was the only way I could control the quality from green beans to the final cup. And that was missing piece I could call myself a true artisan.
